Incentives come in all shapes and sizes. We enjoy planning small meetings and activities because it means we can arrange an experience which is a bit different.

A Conference to Remember in St. Andrews
Recently, we were asked to plan a convention for 200 delegates in the historic Scottish town of St. Andrews. We were happy to include entertainment, great menus and fantastic locations so that the delegates, ensuring that it was a conference to be remembered.

A Glasgow conference for 600 delegates
Often we get conferences requests with special requirements. For example, we were asked to organise a conference in Glasgow with a large venue able to host up to 500.

A last-minute Sales Convention for 2000 people
Sometimes a client isn’t able to give much advanced warning for of an event they want us to organise. This is not a problem. We were contacted with a request to plan a sales convention for 2000 people in London in just two months and it ran smoothly.

An Incentive Showcasing the Cities of Scotland
Recently conferences in England occur beyond the capital. Outside London venues are extensive and range from venues that can host thousands of delegates to intimate meeting spaces. We were approached by a Spanish company that wanted a three day / two night conference in England. We suggested Liverpool.

Dublin with a Difference
Recently we were contacted by a company who wanted a unique experience for their staff in Ireland themed around gastronomy. So we arranged a three day / two night visit for the intimate conference.

Highland Games and Seminars: A Conference for 600
Scotland offers a wide choice of venues for conferences small and large. Recently, we planned and managed a five day conference with two days of activities for over 600 people from all over Europe. The conference was held at one of Edinburgh’s most sought after venues.
