Scotland offers a wide choice of venues for conferences small and large. Recently, we planned and managed a five day conference with two days of activities for over 600 people from all over Europe. The conference was held at one of Edinburgh’s most sought after venues.

Welcome on Arrival

To ensure the conference runs smoothly the delegates are greeted in Edinburgh airport and then transported to the venue. The guests enjoy a rare treat at their welcome dinner with traditional Scottish entertainment. Later in the week delegates enjoy an informal dinner with options spread around the grounds of a beautiful and historic Scottish building. Choices include Scottish fair, pulled pork, craft beers supplier and gin cocktails. Not to mention the activities: Highland Games, Clan fights, falconry and archery.

A Range of Activities

When delegates were not at the conference they had many activities to choose from. Favourites included our walking tour of Edinburgh Old Town and Castle (with afternoon tea), a half day tour to a castle and distillery and a visit to the Royal Yacht Britannia.

After days of seminars, gala dinners, networking activities, meetings, receptions, one-to-one pre-scheduled meetings, and visits the conference was considered a great success.
