Dublin with a Difference

We often get asked to create specific experiences. Recently we were contacted by a company who wanted a unique experience for their staff in Ireland themed around gastronomy. So we arranged a three day / two night visit for the intimate incentive group.

We wanted to give our clients an Irish eating experience that was delicious and unique. After a morning of meetings delegates get a choice between a Gastronomic Mystery Tour or Cooks’ Academy. The Gastronomic Tour offers a mouthwatering three venues that remain a secret until delegates arrive at the doorstep. At each location they sample the best of Irish Food and Irish Beer. Or at Cooks’ Academy guests are greeted with seasonal canapés and a glass of Prosecco. The group is split into teams and, with only an hour and half before judging, they complete their own restaurant standard main course and dessert. Once finished they enjoy the product of their labour.

Irish Team Building Experience

We always offer a range of experiences that can compliment an incentive.
This incentive was small so we were able to give guests the opportunity to enjoy a great day out by participating in a range of activities. Delegates travel into the Irish countryside to Causey Farm, a working family farm where they partake in a programme of activities including brown bread making, céilí dancing, bodhrán class, mural painting and short team building exercises.

We aim to immerse clients in the culture of the country they visit. This is why we create activity based incentive visits from creative city exploration exercises to outdoor adventures.
