We often get requests to organise conferences that give the delegates more than just meetings and accommodation so that their trip is truly memorable. Recently, we were asked to plan a convention for 200 delegates in the historic Scottish town of St. Andrews. We were happy to include entertainment, great menus and fantastic locations ensuring that it would be a conference to be remembered.

The conference begins at a five star venue that encapsulates luxury and truly breathtaking surroundings. St. Andrews, known as ‘The Home of Golf’, is a beautiful seaside town an hour away from Edinburgh airport. Activities in St. Andrews were popular, including golf, walking tours around the historic colleges, a visit to a brewery and trips to see St. Andrews Castle and the Cathedral.
The highlights of the conference were, of course, the gala dinners. It was hosted in the Great Hall of an Edwardian mansion, and was accompanied by live entertainment.
