Sometimes a client isn’t able to give an advanced warning for an event they want us to organise. This is not a problem. We were contacted with a request to plan a sales convention for 2000 people in London in just two months and it ran smoothly.

We began organising the conference immediately. We sourced 2000 beds in some of London’s top four and five star hotels for the delegates and VIPs. Transportation from the airports was provided for all guests. The venue for the gala dinner was in a stunning location in the heart of one of London’s most fashionable districts.
The conference and exhibition venue had exceptional facilities and easily handled the capacity of 2000 delegates.
